Noise Propagation Calculations

Cadna/A and Sound Plan are the major computer programs we use for the calculation and prediction of the environmental impact of industrial noise emissions.  We use this sophisticated engineering software to produce colored 3-dimensional views of the terrain and facilities and for the generation of noise contour maps showing noise levels both before and after acoustical treatment.

The model includes site topography, prevailing winds, effect of ground surface, reflectivity of adjacent objects and atmospheric conditions.
